Under Section 13 of the Data Protection Code we inform users (“Users”) that connect to the web sites www.gabriellacrespi.com and www.gabriellacrespi.it (“Website”) about the processing of personal data and related guarantees recognized by law, as well as about the type of cookies used by the Website.
This notice applies only to the Website and not to other web sites that may be accessed by Users through links.
This notice has been prepared in compliance with national and international laws on the protection of personal data, in order to establish the minimum requirements for collecting personal data online, and, in particular, the manner, timing and kind of information that the data Controller must provide to Users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data of users the transmission of which is implicit in the Internet communication protocols.

These data are processed to allow and control the proper functioning of the Website and, possibly, for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website. The data is automatically deleted after processing.
The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of any computer crimes against the Website.
Personal data provided voluntarily by Users
Users will also be able to voluntarily provide personal details, and formulate requests to the addresses, including e-mail addresses, indicated in specific sections of the Website. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of personal data for these requests involves the acquisition of any personal data communicated and the sender's address, which however will be used exclusively to respond to the request. Specific summary notices will be posted or displayed on the pages of the Website dedicated to particular services on request.

The data will be processed by the Data Controller and by the Data Processor, or by any persons in charge of processing (i.e., individuals or entities, including external once) possibly appointed, according to the principles of fairness, legality, transparency, relevant and limited to the purpose of collection and subsequent processing.
The data are processed, including through the use of automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and used, and in any case will not be kept beyond the time allowed by law.
The data are processed by observing the security measures to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect uses and unauthorized access.
The data will not be shared or diffused to parties other than those which may be in charge of processing, unless that is required by laws, regulations and / or orders of the judicial authority.
All processing takes place in compliance with conditions laid down in Sections 11 and 31 to 36 of the Data Protection Code and by adopting the minimum security measures provided by the law. Specific security measures are taken to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect uses and unauthorized access.

Users, as data subject of the processing to which the data refers, can at any time exercise the rights mentioned in Section 7 of the Data Protection Code by contacting the Data Controller.
